Every year, Kiolbassa provides discounted products for fundraisers across the state, such as schools, church festivals and benefit plate sales. The donation formula is based on thirds. Wine Road 290 wine trail, invite you to participate our THIRD annual Kiolbassa & Kab EVENT on Saturday, September 18, 2010. Each winery will team with a top restaurant in the Texas Hill Country to present Kiolbassa Sausage tasting prepared in a unique style, and oh yeah paired with a fine Cabernet Sauvignon wine (Kab). Kiolbassa Provision Company, in San Antonio, has worked with the Texas Hill Country wineries for the last two years and the EVENT has proven to be great to show the versatility of both Kiolbassa and of wine. Each restaurant will prepare a version of Kiolbassa Sausage and serve to you with a wine from the winery, but of course you will have the opportunity to taste other of the fine wines from the winery during your visit. - Each of the 9 wineries will team with a top restaurant in the Texas Hill Country to present Kiolbassa & Kab. No ticket to buy, just drive to each of the wineries and get your tasting of Kiolbassa Sausage paired with a sample of that winery’s fine wine.
- Visit www.wineroad290.com for map. Just 45 miles between the west-most winery (Chisholm Trail Winery) and the east-most winery (Texas Hills Vineyard). The other seven wineries are in-between.
- No TICKET required! Most wineries have a small “tasting fee” that is normally charged; there is no additional fee for the EVENT.
- Wineries participating (in alphabetical order) are: Becker Vineyards, Chisholm Trail Winery, Fredericksburg Winery, Grape Creek Vineyard, Pedernales Cellars, Rancho Ponte, Texas Hills Vineyard, Torre di Pietra Vineyards, and Woodrose Winery.

 | New Military Commissaries:
As mentioned earlier, we have recently been added to the Military Commissaries in Texas. Recently, we have had a lot of request from our fans to bring Kiolbassa into the Fort Bliss (Texas), Kirtland AFB (New Mexico), and White Sands (New Mexico) Commissaries. We are happy to announce, you can now find our delicious sausages in these Commissaries.

After the recent tragedy at Fort Hood, Kiolbassa has felt compelled to help the families and victims. During January 2010, Kiolbassa will be starting a special offer throughout the commissaries in Texas. During this promotion, Kiolbassa will be on a temporary price reduction. Also, for every case sold, Kiolbassa will donate a dollar to the family and victims of the Fort Hood Tragedy. We appreciate all of your support and God bless our troops. |

 | Sunday, September 6th, there will be an amazing event for BBQ lovers. The Cinco De Guyos are hosting their annual BBQ challenge at the Pearl Brewery in San Antonio, Texas. During the event, there will be live music and tremendous amount of great food. Kiolbassa will be handing out sausage all day long so make sure you save some room and cheer our cooking team on at the event. What’s the Cost: $15 per person, with kids under 10 free. All-you-can-eat buffet featuring brisket, sausage and sides. For the Kids: We have activities for kids of all ages -clowns, magic show, face painting and more.
