Food Network T.V. decided to come film Kiolbassa’s production process and air it on their T.V. show, Unwrapped! We are very excited and we are so honored to be a part of such a wonderful network and show.
This episode will be focusing on Tailgating Goodies. Kiolbassa has been one of the best compliments to a tailgate for over 60 years and we look forward to 60 more years.

 | Gourmet Magazine: 21 Best Hot Dogs in the World
Everyone has a favorite hot dog, but few hot dogs make it to Gourmet Magazine’s: 21 Best Hotdogs list (can be seen in their October 2009 issue or at this website http://www.gourmet.com/magazine/2000s/2009/10/favorite-hot-dog). It is even harder to make the list when you are a premium sausage. However, Kiolbassa made this years’ list and we are ecstatic. Our thanks to Christine McEntyre for listing our smoked sausage as her favorite hot dog. If you love our sausage on a bun, you should also try a Taco Polaco. The Taco Polaco is a Kiolbassa sausage wrapped in a tortilla with your condiments of choice. Always Delicious! |

If you live in or around San Antonio, you may be aware of our Backyard Barbeque. Together with News 4 WOAI-TV, we have a great event every Friday during the summer.
Viewers can go to WOAI and register for a chance to win a Backyard Barbeque for up to 50 people.

 | Military Commissaries:
We have been approaching the Military Commissaries for quite some time now. A few weeks ago, we were accepted in the Military Commissaries throughout Texas. We are so excited to be able to serve the courageous men and women in our military. We would like to thank all of our U.S. Troops for their service.
We should be on the shelves by the 4th of July. Celebrate a real American holiday with a real American Sausage. |
