‘Kielbasa’ is the Polish word meaning ‘sausage.’ So you could say our family name, “Kiolbassa,” really does mean sausage. If you’re looking for Kiolbassa sausage at your grocery store, ask for the Kiolbassa Family’s premium sausages and look for the Kiolbassa red logo. Otherwise, you might end up with a generic kielbasa from another company. That’s why we put our name on every package.
